Thank Our Sponsors for generously helping us underwrite ScoutJam! Please recognize these organizations that have partnered with Scouting to enhance the event. The next time you are in the market, remember their help to the program.

If your company or someone you know may wish to become a ScoutJam sponsor, please contact Rick Denison, ScoutJam Staff Advisor.
Did you know that Scouting has co-ed programs for youth aged 13-20? Besides Venturing Crews, there are Sea Ships, and Explorer Posts, all with different program. See these groups at ScoutJam and get firsthand feedback from these impressive young men and women on what they do for fun and adventure.

Ever been to World War II re-enactments at Camp Mabry's Texas Military Forces Museum, or the National Museum of the War in the Pacific in Fredericksburg? They will both be at ScoutJam with live fire action. Plus, WWII vehicle exhibits, Civil War, Buffalo Soldier, and 6th Cavalry Texas frontier camps, cannons, chuckwagon, blacksmiths, and Mountain Men. More Living History than you can ever see in one place.

The RSVP process is ended as we move into official registration and payment on the Council website. If you previously submitted an RSVP on the ScoutJam website, you need to go in now and register your unit.
If you have yet to register, do so by Sept 24 to avoid lines, and get the early bird pricing. The online registration ends Sept 24. After that it will be walk up registration and payment at the $5 per person higher fee.
Every Boy Scout or Venturer registration (including Ships and Varisty Teams) earns a wristband for all events and both a ScoutJam and District Sub-Camp patch. Every Cub, Explorer, Visitor, and Family registration receives a wristband and ScoutJam patch.
We are in the middle of Join Scouting Night activities and thousands of new Scouts will join in the next few weeks. Rather than place the burden on units to register them by the Sept 24 deadline, all new members whose applications and dues are processed through the Scout office will receive a welcome letter back from JT Dabbs, our Council Executive, and a coupon allowing $10 pricing per person, regardless of program (Cubs or older), and good for the entire family.
Additional patches, plus a commemorative DVD, and ScoutJam logo merchandise will be available for purchase at the ScoutJam Trading Post. You can place preorders when you register here on the Council website.
Webelos II's who wish to camp with a host Troop for the weekend should register with that Troop and receive both patches.
Camping at ScoutJam is limited by space, water, and restrooms, to Troops, Teams, Crews, Ships, Staff, and Webelos II's camping with Troops/Districts. See new District Campsite map.
Parking is free at ScoutJam.
Look no further than the Leaders Guide for in-depth answers to all your ScoutJam questions (updated 9/6). For lots of quick information, check out the ScoutJam website.
